Low carb, high fat. And you thought you needed whole grains, shame on you.

Hows this for motivation. All done on a low carb, high fat diet.


This is a repost from dietdoctor you can read here. All the guy did was dump the carbs. Although it says just a few vegetables I would hope that was a large staple of the diet because that is what will improve health. Just because you are skinny does not mean you are healthy. Otherwise every one with anorexia would be the staple of health. This guy looks a little worst for wear in my opinion but losing the weight was crucial for increased health gains. By the way, he at mostly "meat, butter, mayonnaise and some vegetables. He avoided almost all sugar and starch." The photos are seperated by two years but he could have reduced the weight faster with additional exercise. He should have followed this blog.
